Description of Services
REMOTE PROGRAMING
WORKING VIRUTALLY is a great option for folks who already have established a relationship with fitness and the gym, and feel confident tackling it on their own, but want a program that guides them clearly to their goals! This 4-week block of programming takes into consideration your major and minor goals, your work-life balance, your time and lifestyle, trauma-history, injury history, and so much more. Each week you’ll see the weekly goals listed, as well as your work-outs for each day. Under each day, you’ll find movements, sets, reps, notes, and a space for you to fill in what weight is being used and put in any notes you may want to make!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
-You will receive your program through Google Sheets (unless we decide on an alternative!) and it will have spaces for you to fill in the date of each workout, as well as lbs used on different movements and other notes you may want to make about the workout.
-If you aren’t able to fill out your program throughout the week or I do not see updates, I’ll send over a weekly check-in form on Mondays to see how you’re doing!
-You have access to text me and send videos of any movements you needs help on, want a form check on, or have questions about Monday-Friday before 7pm!
PRICING for virtual programming:
1 block (4 weeks) of customized programming is $150
($125 if you are a member of Sport of Iron or Hudson Valley Powerlifting!)
***I also offer Sliding Scale Payment Options for members of the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, parents with children under 5, students, folks with disabilities, and folks who deal with Depression/Anxiety/CPTSD/etc.! Please reach out if you belong to 1 or more of these groups!***
PERSONAL TRAINING
WORKING IN-PERSON is a great way to gain confidence in the gym space! It can be intimidating to get into the gym by yourself, let alone know what to do once you get there! If you’re just starting out and trying to turn fitness into a habit, working in-person is a great way to start! Working in-person can also be extremely helpful for folks who are rehabbing injuries, as it allows us to assess and reassess how movement is going and where to make adjustments. Working in-person is also great for folks who really have trouble motivating themselves to get to the gym. If you have someone holding you accountable, you might just make it more of a priority!

2. Hudson Valley Powerlifting located at 155 Vineyard Ave. Highland, NY
PRICING for in-person session:
$75 for 1 hour ($70 if you are a member of the gym we train at, or if you opt for outdoor sessions)
$650 for a 10-pack of sessions ($600 for gym members/outdoor sessions)
$325 for a 5-pack of sessions ($300 for gym members/outdoor sessions)

POWERLIFTING COACHING / HYBRID COACHING
Powerlifting is for ANYONE of any skill level! This is a hybrid model of working together, allowing us the ability to work together on the more technical aspects of powerlifting and competition standards. This gets you the MOST out of working with me, while also giving you discounts on both sessions in-person, and the block of programming! We’ll get together in-person at a frequency that works for you (biweekly or weekly) to lock-in form, create good habits, and make sure you’re understanding the program- and then you’ll work out on your own the rest of the week!

-During our in-person sessions, we can tackle specific questions you may have, work on perfecting form, and increase your confidence in the gym overall! We’ll either take a day out of your regular programming and work through it together, or I’ll have prepared a work-out for us specific to that session!
PRICING for Hybrid programming:
1 block (4 weeks) of customized programming is discounted to $100
1 hour in-person session is discounted to $60
